my GPU (gtx 960) in idle is between Temp 46-50 c ..while i read it should be 30c?
and No , the load is 0% and GPU clock is just 134 Mhz ..still why the temp is high ?

If it has the feature you mention, the fan is probably set to stay off until the temp reaches ~60C. It's a noise reduction feature. What GTX 960 do you have? Some have a BIOS switch you can use to switch it back to normal mode where the fan is on all the time.

its MSI ..i read about it that it should be in idle 30c yes (0% Fan speed) ..while in my case its 46c ..

Your case is 46C? You mean the ambient air temp inside the case? Then it stands to reason the card will be at least that warm too if the air is that temp.

Have you checked to see if the card has a BIOS switch to revert back to normal mode where the fan is always on, but runs slow until it needs to ramp up?
