Question My gpu has code 43

My gpu has code 43 I just upgraded my pc from a 980 to a 3070 I don’t know if it’s happening because it’s such a big upgrade or just doesn’t work my pc specs are
prime 390z-A
i7 9700k
700 w gold psu
first it’s working well then frames start to drop the it crashes and my screen turn black then it reboot and give me the code 43 and the screen starts to flicker green plus the resolution goes down

how hot is it getting? fans can spin without problems while gaming? no cable in the way?
power plugged in completely without adapters?
reseat the gpu

update BIOS of motherboard
use ddu uninstaller to remove old gpu drivers as well as the current one and reinstall the latest nvidia.com driver

did you oc the system?

could be a faulty GPU

Never oc fans spin never updated my bios so might be that
