Question My GPU IS DEAD OR PSU ?

So i purchased a PC three months ago , yesterday i shut it down properly and today when i turned it on there is no display.

All the PC Fans are running including the GPU fans.

also the power lights on top of the PC are not blinking anymore

What is the issue? can anyone guide plz

The first thing I would try in this situation is clearing he CMOS. Page 1-8 in your manual.
