I recently purchased and installed an msi radeon RX 480 gaming x 4g card and I'm still getting constant stuttering on games like Battlefield 1 and Watch Dogs 2. I updated my driver just 4 days ago and have seen no significant changes.

My Build:
Processor: AMD FX(™)-4350 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8GB
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 480 GAMING X 4GB
Motherboard Model: GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
PSU: Evga 500 Watt
I haven’t used any overclocking
I’ve been testing Watch Dogs 2 and Battlefield 1 from between medium and ultra settings

If anyone has a solution, it would be most appreciated.

Solution
Overclock it or buy a new one. Ideally you need a better CPU to run an RX 480. You could try lowering game settings or underclocking the GPU.

If my CPU is bottlenecking, what should I do?

Your motherboard will support an FX-8350 which is a 4.00Ghz eight core processor. Have a look an the various auction sites, you could pick one up relatively cheaply. They can also be overclocked by a fair degree (mine runs at 4.6Ghz with just a vcore voltage bump to 1.404v and a x23 multiplier) if you have a decent CPU cooler.
