My Gpu is not using its full power

geforce gtx 1050 ti 4gb gpu
intel i core i3 7100 cpu
8 gb ram
1 tb hdd


when i look in to the task manager i saw that my gpu is not using its full potential and its only using 1 to 5% of utilization.

i have tried with chaning my power plan to highperformance but its not making any difference.

so please help me with this issue.

Have you monitored it in game using something like Afterburner? It won't be doing much if you're just sitting there idle on the desktop.

What have you tried doing with it so far? Stress test, games, etc.? Try GPU-Z http://img.techpowerup.org/140811/gpuz.png
and make sure you're utilizing the correct PCI-E slot.
