Solution 17seconds Mar 1, 2017 If you're using GPU-Z for your bandwidth reading, click the little "?" symbol and run the render test.

Regardless, have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? Running at x4 is not normal no. It should be running at x16. doesnt really matter though in all honesty with a card as weak as the gt710 - pci express 2 4x has more than enough bandwidth still Upvote 0 Downvote
