Question My GPU isn't using VRAM ?

hi guys i had a problem recently that my GTX 1650 GPU just takes 350mp of VRAM and when i want to play War Thunder it pops up an error saying "not enough memory in the gpu".

I was playing without any problem from a week ago and I dowloaded Furmark to test my GPU.
When it's at 99% usage it still takes the same 350mp of VRAM. How to fix this?

reinstall the gpu driver?

What might have changed since a week ago when all was well?

Possibly a bad windows update.
Malware/virus?
Try reinstalling the graphics driver.
Possibly a war thunder patch is needed.

If all else fails,
Consider rolling back your system using system restore to go back a week.
