First kindly list the exact Model number and brand of your current PSU. Afterwards we can start the troubleshooting process.

Okay, if you have the above Thermaltake PSU, then you need to change and replace it ASAP. That's a poor quality, low-tier power supply.

Not recommended for high-end gaming PCs, and discrete GPUs either. You must change this PSU, since the RTX 3070 requires a high quality power supply unit to begin with.

Thermaltake Smart 80+, and some White PSU models are poor quality Tier E/F models.

ok do you think it will last another month or so

Sorry, but that's a bit of a tricky question to answer.

It might last, who knows, even longer than a month, but that doesn't mean it's SAFE to continue using this particular PSU model with the RTX 3070. NOPE. That particular Thermaltake model is not recommend for high-end gaming PCs.

Since it's a cheap/poor quality model anything can happen anytime to any PC component, let alone the graphics card. A cheap quality or an "unreliable" power supply can also kill or damage the GPU in the long run.

Power supplies are an imperative part of your system that should not be taken lightly. Throwing in a budget PSU could result in poor power efficiency or even a wrecked system.

This is all assuming you have the exact same PSU model as shared in the link above.
