my gpu light wont turn on

i have GTX 780 ti and the light dont turn on sometimes it turn for few second when it start
any solution

8gb ddr3 ram
256gb ssd 1tb hdd
Asus mother bord sorry,i dont know more about it
Psu 750w i don'tknow how old it's used before me
I calculated how much watt i need and its 450W
