Solution
oh im running while on power, thank you for the clarification tho. i'm still thinking if upgrading to 16gb ram and ssd is worth if for gaming in a 2gb gpu or i should just buy a new laptop
The GPU has dedicated ram, so increasing your system ram won't actually help that. It will possibly help make the game more stable and possibly even run faster in dual channel mode, if the ram is actually the reason for the stutter or frame drops.

Also, you already have an SSD in the laptop, so unless you needed higher capacity or if you have the game installed to an internal HDD, you won't gain much benefit to changing your SSD. That being said, if you have CoD installed to your SSD and it uses most of the free space left, you may be...
i got acer aspire 515-52g-75xj, i7-8565u cpu and 8gb ram. here's the images. https://prnt.sc/wa9q48 https://prnt.sc/wa9rij
Your laptop model has the 2GB version of the MX130. Also the MX130 is below the recommended specs for the game, but should run decently if you don't mind 30fps average with lows in the 20s. Your single 8GB module may be part of why you get frame drops and may benefit from a second 8GB module for dual channel mode. Frame drops can also be due to possibly not having the laptop plugged in and running in full power mode in the Windows power options.

That being said, if you have CoD installed to your SSD and it uses most of the free space left, you may be running into the issue that many SSDs have of becoming slow when full. In that specific case, upgrading to a higher capacity SSD should be your highest priority when picking upgrades.
