[SOLVED] My gpu usage drops while gaming

Normally my gpu usage is around %80 but sometimes it drops to %20 every 30seconds for 3 seconds and this lowers my fps for a short time. My gpu is GTX960M. Can anyone tell me what is causing it?

Try using DDU to reinstall your GPU drivers.

80-90 degrees celsius

Open your laptop and replace the thermal paste on your GPU chip and might as well replace the paste on the CPU as well. Clean out any dust in the fans and heatsinks.

This should help your system overall and give you better preformance.

Wow! My temps are nearly dropped 20 degrees and fixed my fps drop problem. Thanks for the advice.
