Question my GPU usage

So im having a problem in which my GPU Usage is stable 60% but only goes to 90% sometimes is it okay?
I play CSGO and Mordhau atm and if i play GTA V will i get about 90% at 1080p?
Does overclock help with making it stable 90% in every game?

This is my specs:
GTX 1660ti MSI Ventus OC 6GB
AMD R5 2600x
16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz 2x8
Windows 10 64-bit
500 Watt PSU Gladias Venomrx
SSD 240GB
1TB HDD
ASROCK B450M Steel Legend

oc won't help, they are just not graphic intensive game.

Different games require different amounts of GPU power --- you can't force a game to use more than it needs.
You seem to be expecting 90% usage for every game but it doesn't work like that.

HAH lucky at least u get 90 percent in csgo i have a vega 56 get 10 percent and only hit 150 fps check my thread i neeed help
