Question My gpu wont display to monitor but my working gpu wont work uswell but works in my old pc what is the issue?

i have 750 watts psu
my new gpu is a 1070 which isnt displaying nothing same with my old gpu gtx 970 is wont display anything but when i put it back in my old pc it works could the PCI e slot be damaged on my new pc ?
Motherboard is b550m vdh pro
Cpu ryzen 5 3600
NVME Samsung 970 evo
Ram : 8 X2 3600mhz corsair vengeance Lpx
