Hello,
I've been using an integrated video card for a while, then i figured it's time to buy a new GPU. So I've bought a Gainward GeForce GT 610 2GB. I installed it but it didn't work at the beginning... Then I've found something telling me that i have to disable the onboard card first. I went to BIOS and I set it to PCI Ex. The new GPU worked fine for about 3 days, then started showing the No Signal error again ( shows "No Signal" message for 4-5 times then the screen goes black and the led turns orange), so i tried switching to PCi Ex again from BIOS but this time won't work. I don't know what the problem may be since the card was working fine yesterday. The integrated card runs fine. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

As I said - this story has gone on too long to remember what has been said.

So if your card is working in another pc, it's something else in your pc. Try a new psu. Try a new mobo.
Hello, I haven't done any changes since then... and today i tried again the GT 610 and now it works, I don't now how but it works, this is weird.... But now I get random freezes at start-up, even when it's still booting, and after short time after Windows loaded I get a freeze most of the time. The hard drive led stops blinking, I have to restart the PC 4-5 times in order to work... Can it be the hard or the RAM?

Witht the next you can make a boottable cd and check your ram when booting of it,
http://www.memtest.org/
for creating that cd if you didn't know,
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
http://www.pcmech.com/article/how-to-create-a-bootable-cd-with-imgburn/
start from that with only one module at the time and check it for a few (~four) passes.

If you can get started try the next to se if it gives problems with the hdd,
http://www.hdtune.com/download.html
run an error scan and look if there are reports at the smart values.

Do you have these freezes also when booting without the gt 610?

If i boot without my GT 610 and connect to integrated... the pc still freezes but this time the screen shows some really weird lines on the monitor, like the integrated card would be dead.
EDIT: Recently i just got a BSOD about nvlddmkm.sys

When i google this does it have to do with the nvidia drivers,so a clean install of those might just work. With installing these there seems to be an option to mark/check a clean install box which probably first wipes the old drivers before putting the new ones in place.
The guru3d tool is also an option for cleaning the old drivers first.

The graphic card problem is back again. The pc worked well for 1 week (no crashes, no freezes, the gt 610 worked) but now it won't recognize my gpu again... integrated works. This is very weird, about 1 month ago, the gt 610 worked again for 3 days and then stopped, now the same problem.

I'm running Win7 and i got that bsod because of a driver conflict (fixed with a clean installation, after that, never had the bsod problem). Now it's the same problem as in the beginning.
