Question My graphic card made my PC restart randomly

My PC: A320 mainboard, CPU A10-9700+onboard GPP+12GB RAM+650W PSU. All run normal. So my brother gave me his old RX570 4GB since he's not using it for a long time. After i plugged the RX570 in and pressed start, this happened: the new GPU started, its fans started, and then the fans stopped. After around 5-15 minutes, my pc rebooted. That repeats until I unplug the RX570. Do you have any idea what was going on?

Please provide full pc spec including make and model of PSU.

First though you either have an insufficient psu or you need a BIOS update.

You did connect the power cables to the gpu?

Could be the PSU is not up to the job of driving a 570. All very well saying it's 650w but what make & model is it?

Thanks guys, I guess that's my PSU since it's a cheap-no branded one.
