Question My graphics card is not displaying and shows red leds.

Ive got a Sapphire radeon hd6950 2gb dual fan dirt3 edition. It was working fine but i had removed it for some months. Now when i am installing it again the fan spins fast and there are 2 red leds beside the 6 pin connectors which are two and no display detection.... Please help

Have you plugged the power supply's PCI-e 6/8-pin connectors to the GPU ?

Still no response on the display connection and red leds are still lit up

Now i again plugged in after replacing the thermal paste there are no red lights but no display.

How OLD is your Video card ? And, which PSU are you using to power that HD 6950 GPU ? Maybe the card is faulty then ?

I bought it in 2011 it was working fine till now suddenly it started giving problems my psu is coolermaster g750m i just removed to gpu for like 3 months and this problem occured.
