Question my gta 5 is so laggy when flying

my gta 5 is so laggy when flying, i tried everything to fix, but nothing worked, my pc is good enough.
ryzen 5 1600 af, rtx 2060, 16 gb ram ddr4 2666, win 10. aorus b450 elite. win defender is off.

We get that a lot, the question what have you tried so we're repeating the same steps that weren't fruitful to you...?

include the age of the PSU and the version of the OS. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Where did you source GTA V from?

Ram:16 gb ram corsair 2666 mhz
SSD/HDD:kingston a400 for os and another kingston for gta 5.
GPU:rtx 2060 msi
PSU:seasonic 550 w(3 months old)
OS:win 10 1909
my gta were running great 6 days ago
nvidia driver reinstalled
bios the latest version
