I just installed my m.2 ssd while my hard drive has been installed since I've built my pc, so I figured I wouldn't have to mess with it. When I powered my pc on and went into the BIOS, the m.2 SSD was the only storage device that was being shown, since the m.2 SSD is new, it doesn't have windows installed so there's nothing to boot off of. I was wondering if there's a way to get both to show up in my BIOS so I can boot of my Hard Drive in order to clone my files over so my m.2 SSD can be my new boot drive?

You've probably installed the M.2 SSD to a port which shares bandwidth with the SATA ports your HDD is connected to. You'd need to ensure they're using different 'lanes' for both to be seen.
Yes this was the problem, I have my files from my Hard drive now cloned onto my m.2 SSD, but now when I try booting off it, there's just a black screen after the windows splash shows up.
