My hardrive problem

so i have a decent build i USED to get 300 frames on cs go but now when i switched hardrive i get 120-180 now this is not that bad of a problem im a youtuber and i was always able to record with getting 200+ frames idk if this hardrive is damaged or what but look at the hardrive specs https://gyazo.com/d32602605b5c35a08f902c261065e013

its new seagate 1tb 72000 rpm

my old one was a hitachi deskstar 750 gb 3.0 gb/s
7200 rpm

In terms of company reputation, Seagate has the worst reputation of any hard drive maker. Might want to see if you can RMA the drive since it seems to be having issues, or get a new drive.
