[SOLVED] My HDD is showing 100% usage. It is a secondary. each time it is connected, system slows down. I need help

I really need help. Its a Toshiba 500gb Drive and has ALL of my personal files. Any help would be appreciated.
I have tried on different laptops and the result is same. One of the partitions on the drive showed up and I recovered the Data from it but the main partition is unresponsive and shows up in Disk Manager as RAW. Even disk manager takes lots of time to load up with this drive connected. And it shows up on My PC but it instantly freezes my PC if I try to access it. Even right clicking it freezes my system. Please Help
