Question My High-End Gaming CPU keeps dropping frames

Hey everyone! I have the below specs on my self built computer, but I am still experiencing a lot of issues running games like Warzone/Apex on the regular settings and having frames drop several times. Any recommendations to what may be causing the issues? Quite discouraging as I was hoping to have a gaming system that can run smoothly at high settings.

Intel Processor - Core i7-8700
GPU - NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super
Power Supply - Corsair rm750x
Baseboard - MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC (MS-7B17)
Storage - Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB
Installed RAM - 16GB - Two identical Corsair Vengeance DDR4

Any help/ guidance would be much appreciated!

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd/hdd usage during the game?

If your using the stock cooler then your CPU is throttling you need a aftermarket cooler to keep that processor cool.

@Zerk2010 @rgd1101 Thanks for the reply guys! I went ahead and downloaded HWMonitor and then booted up some Warzone but the temperatures seem fine - running at about 160 degrees or so.
Should I check RAM somehow? I'm still learning so I would need to research how to do that. Or any clue what else I can do? I feel like I've tried almost everything

These are the diagnostics I was able to run
