My home is wifi free but has an open wifi network why?

I have no internet or modem, No phone capable of hotspot, nothing that would give me wifi. Yet I have a roaring open wifi connection coming from my home. Any ideas? I have renamed it FBI as to ward off any hotspot users. I don't know where to look for it's whereabouts. Help!
