My hp laptop is only few months old and out of no where has stopped typing the row Q through to P and therefore has stopped my

Please help me , my few months old HP laptop isn't typing the row Q through to P, every other letter seems to work but the but row of type letters ,which has prevented me from entering my password to get into it ? This has just randomly happened now .

If it's only a few months old you should still have a warranty. Call HP support, or talk to the people who sold it to you. Back up all your stuff from it, because you may need to get a replacement.
