Try starting it up in "Safe Mode" and see if it loads fine. It will be limited, and the graphics will be basic, but if it loads, then there is something on the device that is the problem. Did you recently install anything, uninstall anything, update something, etc., just before this happened? If so, then you may have to use "System Restore" to restore the computer to a point that has a date prior to the change. It will take a little time, but the only things that should be lose is any recent installs, from that time until you run the restore.
