My hp printer is printing faded pages

Hello,

I put a new catridge in my printer today BUT I keep getting faded papers. And yes I took the little tape off the bottom and yes the cartridge is in correctly....
HELP!

Does that "Mystery Model" come with a tool box, that shows in the system tray, where you can click, double click, or right click, and do something like "clean the nozzles" ?
