Question my i5 12400 frequency drop in load

recently i buy i5 12400 with msi b660m-a ddr4 motherboard, now I am facing this problem it makes me crazy
the CPU in idle it goes to max frequency, which is 4.3 MHz,

but when i start any game or software like aida64 or Cinebench CPU frequency drop to 3.9 MHz

any one now why this happens?!

3.9 is the all cores turbo boost . 4.3 is 1-2 cores turbo boost

i see , but its normal in idle frequency goes to 4.3 in 1-2 core ??

no. it shouldn't. sound like you have some OC on, check you bios settings

Thx bro , i found the problem
in power option i put it in high performance, when i put it in balance frequency in idle drop to 1.5 GHz and 2.2 GHz
