My idle temp is 50c

I have an i5 4460 and a hyper 212 on windows 10 but my idle temps are crazy! Any suggestions?

The temperatures in load are more important than in idle.

Temperatures can rise if dust accumulates inside the computer, especially the CPU fan and the heatsink. Also in summer they are taller. How hot is your environment?

Check the thermal paste and seating of the heat sink on the CPU, it might not be on 100%.

on the hyper 212 there an alamnet pin if it not in right the cooler wont be on right.
