[SOLVED] My iMac stucks for hours in the spinning wheel

Guys I deleted the applesetupdone ,I used the command /sbin/Mount -uw but my iMac stucks on the spinning wheel for hours.Also I dont have the Mac os dvd.Is there a way to make my iMac working again.

Trying to create a new admin account or something?

Try a PRAM reset, hold down command+option+p+r during boot up and let it chime 3 times before you releases the buttons.

Will the machine eventually boot up or does it get stuck everytime with no hope of reaching a login screen?
