My internet goes out but only when I'm home

It's the weirdest thing, my internet goes out frequently, and I mean my router. My router resets itself. It all seem to start after a power outage that happened while we were gone. And everything seem'd fine. But the internet goes out constantly, like it frequents from once or twice a day, or every 20-40 minutes. I thought something on my PC was interfering with it ,only because no one else in my house has the issue, so I restored it. But I seem to still have the issue. But other people in my home say they don't recognize the outages, since one works from home. I don't know what is the problem, we called our service provider they said everything's fine. And I know it goes out because we have Phillips Hue Hub, and I can see the light's it tells that it's working. Is it something I'm doing or is it the router and it needs to be replaced?

Sure this isn't a prank by others in the house?

"Goes out" doesn't tell us anything, u gotta narrow it down. Does the modem actually resets, WAN light out? Use IPCONFIG AND PING liberally for troubleshooting.

Alright, though I'm sure no one in my neighborhood would do that, especially if it only happens when I'm at my house. I'll be on the lookout. Though something that typically happens is the internet stops sending data for a second then works again.
