My internet has been inconsistent for the past month.

I typically get 115-130 mbps down and 11 mbps up but now its 7 up and 80-90 down. Im happy with those speeds but the problem lies in csgo when im playing i will start teleporting out of control and i cant even play the game but i have good ping around 20-45 depending on server. This makes no sense and my isp is comcast i called them and had them reset my router and that didnt do anything and they said they could not find any issues so idk what to d. But i need reliabe internet as i play on a esea main team and i can not be laggy. Thanks

The problem might be your disc or the cable from your router to your computer.
Disc or RAM might be too slow transfering data from/to eachother or CPU.
