My internet is conected but it wont work

My phone and computer can bouth connect to internet but they cant access any page

Check if the devices are getting the ip address.
As both device cannot connect, there might be an issue with the router. Restart the router and check

I tried restarting the router i think the problem must be with the ip adress

open a CMD screen. type ipconfig /all and see if you have a valid IP.
If your IP starts with 169 your router's DHCP may have a problem.
Try assigning an IP manually, normally something like 192.168.xx.xx

My ip seems to be valid it does not start with 169.
How do I change IP manualy

ping google.com
see what that does

try to restart internet connection.
