My internet stopped working randomly while watching a youtube video

Okay so yesterday while i was watching a youtube video, my internet randomly stopped working and changed its name to "Unidentified network". I restarted the router and my computer and it still shows the same thing. I tried if it connects on my brothers laptop and it shows the same thing. Even the wireless internet is out. I tried if the wifi still works with different phones, the wifi name shows on the phone's wifi list but it doesn't connect. I don't know what could be wrong, but im suspecting that i got a faulty router.
My network provider changed my old router for the new one two weeks ago. The old router worked perfectly with 5 Mb per second while the new one barely gets 800 Kb per second. I just don't know what is the problem maybe you guys could help me out. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like the router your provider gave you is defective. Before going nuts I would just call them and ask them to give you a new one.
