my @ key is not shared with 2 key but is swapped with " key...why?

i look for @ sign and find it has been swapped with key for " why can this be?

So you could help us by including the type of computer and software, whether this is after a recent OS reinstall (if so, you may want to look into installing correct drivers) and if this has happened before.
