I'm planning to buy this build,

CPU: R9 9950X
GPU: ASUS PRIME RTX5080 OC
MOBO: MSI MAG X870 GAMING PLUS
RAM: XPG LANCER BLADE RGB 32×2 6000MHZ, CL30 ddr5
COOLER: MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360 ARGB
CASE: CORSAIR FRAME 4000D RS ARGB

How's the build? And my question is, I'm not sure about the motherboard. I have researched about it but couldn't find enough data. It's a premium motherboard indeed but is it worth the price? Which motherboard would be best for Ryzen 9 9950x?

They are all "Good" but worth it's price is highly subjective. With that CPU you could get away with better B650 with 12 stage VRM at fraction of price and have exactly same performance and reliability.. B and X motherboards differ mostly in optional features, X boards have more of them. 600 series have only less of PCIe 4 and 5 features but work wise are same.
If you like that MSI and want to pay the price, take it, it's not worse or better than any other x870.
PS. those numbers denote chipset, nothing else.

What psu is in this pc?

Hi, once you have chosen your motherboard, update to latest BIOS with Instructions on how to Flash the BIOS. The initial board settings will be default. You can tweak it later for your games and apps. Take your time don't miss any steps. Make sure ALL power connections from the PSU to all components and drives GPU RAM etc, are securely installed. CPU has adequate thermal paste Cooler installed securely etc. Have the Motherboard manual handy and if possible have a second PC available for looking up info if something does not work. There are people here who are experts with building PC's. Post any issues, they can help. I wish you success with this build. It is a significant investment and should provide many hours of enjoyment. From an old school PC Builder and Gamer.

Thank you, i would be building this all by myself. I already have a 6750xt gpu extra so i won't install the 5080 fist. I have changed the cooler, I'm buying the Arctic liquid freezer III 360 PRO.
