I am using a MSI Z270 Gaming M3. I don't remember if I change a setting about that but it happened a few days ago. I know that I can open BIOS with clicking Restart while holding Shift button on Windows and I can still go into BIOS by holding my PC's startup button at the case.

Any idea why my keyboard is not turning on in time?
The keyboard is G513 and it is pluggin into the motherboard's port directly. I tried every single USB input. I feel like its related on mptherboard setting. Because it is still the same after I completely reset my PC 2 times in this week.

Have you tried plugging it into a different USB port? Or like these two said reset your BIOS by either pressing CMOS reset button or removing the power cords and turning off the PSU then removing the CMOS battery for up to 5 minutes.
