My Keyboard is Malfunctioning Please Help

My Keyboard is A4Tech KD-800L and my "Comma Key" is not working properly.It seems to be a "Sticky Key".Whenever I type the comma appears frequently even if I am not pressing it.Sometimes,it even acts as if I am pressing it constantly and appears to be like this: ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.I doubt that the key itself is faulty.PLEASE HELP ME!

It may be pushed in and stuck. Try to pull it out abit. I had this problem with a keyboard at my workplace.

Pull the key out entirely (using a screwdriver as lever), then clean everything in the area. Afterwards, apply a small amount of silicone spray and push the key back in. Worx wonders!
