Question My keyboard is not working fine!!

My dell latitude d630 laptop keyboard is not working fine when i am pressing one key it does not work when i press U button my laptop is logging off and almost all of keys are not working just Windows key and Esc are working fine , so what could be the problem ????

External keyboard is working fine but i want that internal keyboard do the job!!

It means it could not be the software problem ???

If the external keyboard is working fine, then no it's not likely to be a software issue. Did this just start out of no-where? Did you check the keyboard for issues like sticking keys? Anything spill on it?
