I have a HyperX Alloy Origins Keyboard which I bought in October 2023.
I was gaming just now and all of the sudden it starded inputting random things without me toching the keyboard at all so i unplugged it.
When i plugged it back in the lights for numlock. caps and gaming mode at the top right started flashing white on/off, the RGB didn't light up and nothing i type registers.
I tried resetting the keyboard by pressing and holding ESC and FN that didn't work, i tried updating the firmware but i got an error saying that no device is connected.
So i opened a support ticket at Hyperx and while i was packing up the keyboard i tried it on my PS5 and it worked just fine, so i plugged it back into the PC but the problem persists.
Then i tried another cable that belongs to my headset and the keyboard seemed to work on my PC for a few seconds and then the same thing happened random inputs and then the RGB died and the top right lights started flashing white.
Then i tried it on the PS5 again but now it happens there as well no matter what cable i use.
Any idea what's going on and is there a fix?
