Question My Kraken Headset always making a buzzing noise

Ok, so when I record my audio with this mic there has always been a buzz in the background. However I tried fixing that today when downloading Razer Surround, When I done it, it then decided to make it so when im in voice calls it then makes a buzz in the background. I've tried on other forum sites, had no luck. Decided to come here to try, My headset is the Razer Kraken 7.1 - Thanks for reading hopefully you guys can help

Not going to lie I don't understand this - I just googled it and still don't understand, can you explain a bit more please? (sorry for being dumb lol)

If you open the device in Razer's Synapse software, you should be able to switch audio output from 7.1 Surround to Stereo (2.1)
