Delete some unneeded items and make a little bit of space so you can download and install windirstat from here:
https://windirstat.info/download.html
Run it and you will be able to see what is taking up all your space and also delete stuff directly from there. As far as I am aware it is not particularly easy to figure out which file you have that is growing. Perhaps you have a log file somewhere that keeps growing?
But def try windirstat or treesize (alternative, use one or the other) and it will clearly show which files/folders are taking up your space.
