Question My laptop ethernet port one pin is bent ... Is it possible to fix or i need to change the motherboard

Even without seeing the photo it would be very rare to fix a bent wire in a ethernet socket. Many times if you try to bend it back it will just snap off. You need extremely tiny tools to even attempt to do it.

Although likely not cost effective any computer repair place that can actually remove and resolder surface mounted chips can replace the ethernet port. Most so called computer repair places have no ability to actually fix computer boards, they just swap parts and change software. You need to find one that can actually repair electronics
Also not really something you can do yourself without purchasing fairly expensive equipment and you still run the chance of damage the motherboard when you don't know what you are doing.

Best option is likely a USB ethernet port. If you have a USB 3 port you can get a gigabit ethernet port to work.
