Question My laptop fan keep ramping up and down

Hi everyone!

I recently bought a preowned MSI Modern 14 but when i used it the fan keep ramping up and down and from my observation it's like that when its hot when booted and when its cool when booted the fan never starts even when it reach 85C..

What is happening and what should i do?

Did you disassemble the laptop and inspect the cooling vents for any dirt/debris clogging the cooling vents?

No I haven't but It's a pretty new laptop so I thought there's no need to clean it's fan
