my laptop is broken but my harddrvie

Heyo so my macbook pro 2012 seem to have died today it had random went into a static screen and then black screened. It now refuses to cut back on and just black screen slighty changes shade when the power button is clicked.

if you have any solution for the above i'd love to hear it though my real question is about my hard drive

so I have the hard drive from my laptop in a hard drive enclosure since thats how i had been using it for a while. i was wondering if i could use the drive eternally with my windows computer to transfer my file over since i dont have another mac to pull the date off. if you have any solution i would love to hear them thank you for your time

If your external hard drive was for data (presumably you weren't booting off of it), a windows machine should be able to access it. The mac/pc specific formatting compatibility has gotten better over the years, so I'd be surprised if you're unable to read it at all from a windows machine.
If you mean if you can use the external drive to somehow get the data off of your internal mac hard drive, then no I don't think so unless you're able to boot in some fashion. You'd have to take the mac to someone to extract the internal hard drive for you in that case, and get the data off of it. Fair warning, that'll cost you.

it's not a separate hard drive it's the hard drive from inside of the laptop inside a external enclosure because before this my hard drive cord had went bad so i was booting off of it externally. What i'm trying to do is get the windows computer do pick up on the drive because it recognizes the enclosure but not the drive which is what i need to pull from.
