My Laptop is not shutting down

Hi Everyone,

I have been using windows8 operating system in my laptop since one month.now,i have a problem in my laptop is not shutting down until i press the power button.when i was shutting down no background applications are not running or anything..


so,kindly please let me know how to solve my problem..

It will be a driver that is misbehaving, if you have nothing to lose, do a factory restore that will put it abck to the way it came out of the box. it its shuts down, do the updates and see which one is causing the issue.
