My laptop some keys are not working

my laptop model RV501 in my notebook some alphabet keys are R,U,O not working and numbers like 1,2,3,8is also not working

Did they all stop at the same time? Did you spill anything on the KB?

Try connecting an external usb KB to see if those keys work on it.

It may just need cleaning, could be a driver issue, or it may be broken and need replacement.
