My laptop was fine, when i plugged my other external monitor and downloaded a keygen app (crack) for an app.
It slowed down.
Idk which made it slow down!
But I removed my external monitor and reset all my laptop.
It still is slow, any help pls?

Well, using a keygen (crack) is not a great idea, for obvious reasons. None more so, than you CANNOT trust those sources. You could have installed a virus or something else nefarious on the laptop.

When you say you reset your laptop, what do you mean? Did you re-install widows?

Start with listing your model laptop and specs.

Sorry for the late Reply.
I tried to color the text to make it easier for you.
I re-installed windows completely, all the files.
I have almost tried everything, Closing tasks to running anti viruses.

The Problem is so weird, my pc it's working so slow and lagging.
It takes too long to play a youtube video, it freezes and everything.
Even it lags on desktop.
Please Help Mate! I Need you!

Do a google search on how to replace you hard drive. It is usually fairly easy and you will just need to either pop off the bottom of the laptop shell or a plate there. Disconnect the hard drive and reconnect it, possibly a loose connection. You can also trace back the connector to the motherboard and see if reconnecting it there helps. If not then go ahead and replace it.

You would remove the hard drive and replace it with a new one. The new one should be blank so when you start up the PC you would need to have the windows 10 media you created inserted on the system and it should boot to it. Go on installing from there. I would recommend a solid state they are much faster and for a laptop they are better due to the lack of moving parts. Something like this should work since you have a 500GB HD Already:

If you want to stay with the Hard Drive you can stick with it here:
