Hello there, my computer was made in 2012. It's a Lenovo IdeaPad 120S-11IAP. When I checked the storage when it said it was full, the maximum capacity was only 29.1 GB. I looked it up since this was the first time I saw a computer with this much of a low storage capacity. It turns out, it should have at least 250 GB. Please help me with this problem. Thank you!

According to that the storage configurations are:
  • eMMC: 32 GB / 64 GB
  • HDD: 500 GB / 1 TB (120S-11IAP Winbook)
  • SSD: 128 GB / 256 GB
Having a capacity of 29.1GB is in line with a 32GB configuration (due to the way Windows measures space). If you want to verify what storage drive you have, open File Explorer, right click on the C:\ drive, go to Properties, then go to the Hardware tab and either post a screenshot of it or type out what it says.
