I'm trying to install windows 11 and every time I enable UEFI mode it doesn't show my only storage device(Samsung's 970 EVO Plus nvme m.2 1t). I use Msi MPG z390 gaming edge ac mother board.

Is windows on the drive?
If so, its probably formatted as MBR and since you enabled secure boot, it can't boot.

screenshots of Disk Management screen before you do that might help in case its unusual - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/image-posting-via-imgur.3773266/

what i would do is turn secure boot back off, convert the drive to GPT and then make the changes - https://it-infrastructure.solutions/how-to-switch-from-legacy-to-uefi-boot-mode-mbr2gpt-convertion/

If it doesn't have windows, then it shouldn't show in boot order.
