If so, its probably formatted as MBR and since you enabled secure boot, it can't boot. screenshots of Disk Management screen before you do that might help in case its unusual - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/image-posting-via-imgur.3773266/ what i would do is turn secure boot back off, convert the drive to GPT and then make the changes - https://it-infrastructure.solutions/how-to-switch-from-legacy-to-uefi-boot-mode-mbr2gpt-convertion/ If it doesn't have windows, then it shouldn't show in boot order.
