So i just bought a new monitor Lenovo R25-i30 for 165 Hz, from AOC Monitor 75 Hz and i noticed my GPU & Memory Clock is higher than before (1530 and 7000 mhz) while idling and browsing only, is it normal and okay? or there is some setting i need to change, thank you

Are your video drivers up to date? They fixed an idle power issue with multiple displays a while ago.

You could also try setting that second display to 60hz to see if anything changes (assuming you're using the 75hz display as secondary now).
my drivers are 556.12 release date 6/27/2024

and my secondary monitor is 60hz always
