My menu wont appear!! HELP PLEASE!

I have an asus pa 246 monitor. I was just going in the menu to make changes here and there and i just went into the menu called Input Select and then my screen went black!

Now i cant see ar access the menu to do a reset and while the computer works fine i cant see a thing. Ive etested the [uter and the video card (MSI Aero 750) works fine but now my Asus screen is always dark except for showint ne this message - HDMI NO SIGNAL.

It seems i must have switched inputs for some reason and now i cant get back in my menu.

Can anyone help please?

try connecting the monitor to a different pc if you have one around.
what about when you try connecting with a different cable/connector e.g. dvi, displayport or vga. It might 'reset' itself
i figure you already tried turning it off and on again? 😉

Well i have a college education so yes; it occured to me to turn it on and off again

But it seems i switched the HDMI input and now the monitor keeps telling me that. I've searched ASUS website but all they do is refer me to the freakin menu wich I CANT SEE (...duh). I know the monitor is fine and so is my wiring. The computer is a year and a half old only. Everything is new on this puter!

But the input is switched and its telling me that fact over ane over again evertyime i turn on and off the puter or the monitor.

Never had that problem before...

No, ive looked long and hard for it but there isnt. And Asus arent exactly 'aces' in customer service...

Well all the other ports check out OK; 8i had it checked yesterday by a qualified guy and he is also stumped that the menu just wont appear. He plugged it on another puter and every driver and innards of the monitor passes the test. But the menu just will NOT appear and because of that i cant use the monitor...

Have you tried contacting asus support to explain the problem.
What about warranty? or is it already too old?
